Prior to coming to Michel & Associates, P.C., Ms. Green assisted Earthjustice in preparing case studies that were submitted to the United Nations Commission on Environmental Human Rights. She also interned with the Sierra Club California Coastal Program where she investigated the policies and procedures of the California Coastal Commission, CEQA, ESHA, and the ESA. Additionally, Ms. Green responded to Environmental Impact Reports and appeared before local and county planning boards. Ms. Green's current practice focuses on general civil and environmental litigation.

Ms. Green is admitted to practice before federal and state courts and is a member of the State Bar of California’s Environmental Law Section.

Ms. Green graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy. She attended Whittier Law School as a fellow in the Center for Children’s Rights and graduated in 2005. As a fellow, Ms. Green externed with the Honorable Judge Luis Rodriquez where she helped write and compile a manual of special education issues for attorneys that specialize in juvenile criminal law and in family law.
